We specialize in leather restoration for luxury bags, shoes, and accessories—and you’ll be at the forefront connecting with our customers daily.
What You’ll Do
- Engage and assist customers via WhatsApp, phone calls, and email
- Provide product and service recommendations confidently
- Follow up on leads and convert enquiries into sales
- Occasionally conduct on-site visits to customers’ homes
- Work closely with the team to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
Requirements
- Friendly, outgoing, and confident in communication
- Strong interest in sales and customer service
- Self-driven and results-oriented
- Comfortable using messaging platforms and handling multiple enquiries
- Prior sales experience is a plus (but not required for the right attitude)
