We are looking for an online student support Manager, whose main mission will be to perform management and administration tasks related to the University's online training area, offering a quality service to students.

What you'll do

• Accompany the student throughout the entire training process by offering them completely personalized solutions and working with them on the development of key competencies for their performance. And the professor, by helping with technical aspects, work methodology, and evaluation.
• Preparation of documentation prior to the course.
• Checking the correct creation and composition of the virtual classrooms.
• Monitoring the academic activity of students via telephone and the Virtual Campus. Detecting if there are students at risk of failure and dropout.•Assisting Heads of Studies and faculty, informing them of situations or circumstances occurring throughout the course.
• Responding appropriately and with feasible solutions to the technical problems and incidents presented by students.
• Preparation of the final course reports.
• Review and uploading of the training contents for each degree to the Virtual Campus.
• Participating in the training of students and professors for both OpenUAX and UAX degrees.

What we're looking for

• Vocational training or University training in the field of administration or similar.
• Experience: At least 1 year in a similar position in educational institutions in student and professor support and management (both in-person and online).
• Advanced level of Microsoft Excel proficiency.
• Experience in managing learning platforms (LMS).
