This is a **remote contract opportunity** where you'll play a critical role in our **Workforce Management (WFM) modernization initiative**, migrating from UKG Workforce Central (WFC) to **UKG Pro WFM**. You will be part of the **Workforce Management scrum team**, delivering backend solutions for retail operations and contributing to system integration, configuration, and optimization. Your role will involve collaboration across engineering, product, and operations teams to ensure successful project execution within an Agile SAFe environment. **Key Responsibilities** - Design, develop, test, and support WFM solutions across North American and European regions. - Lead and support integration efforts using **Dell Boomi**, focusing on transitioning from UKG WFC to UKG Pro WFM. - Configure and maintain Kronos and UKG Pro WFM systems. - Troubleshoot, debug, and review code in a collaborative engineering environment. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-performance, and secure solutions. - Contribute to the development roadmap and support platform modernization initiatives. - Ensure compliance with security, performance, and high availability standards. - Participate in Agile ceremonies and leverage DevOps tools to support continuous delivery. **What You’ll Bring** **Minimum Qualifications** - 5–10 years of experience as a Software Engineer or Application Developer. - Strong hands-on experience with **UKG Pro WFM** and **UKG Boomi integrations**. - Proven experience with **Kronos Workforce Central** and **Workforce Integration Manager (WIM)**. - 3+ years of experience developing and testing UKG Workforce Management applications. **Preferred Qualifications** - Experience with UKG modules: Time & Attendance, Schedule Optimization, ATK, etc. - 3+ years working with SaaS/cloud-based platforms. - Familiarity with middleware technologies such as Apigee, MOVEit Automation. - 2+ years of experience with relational databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL). - Exposure to Agile and DevOps tools (Git, JIRA, Confluence, SonarQube). - Strong understanding of OOD (Object-Oriented Design). - Experience integrating Oracle HRIS or Workday with UKG systems. - Retail industry experience is a plus. - Boomi certification or other technical certifications are a plus. **Interview Process** - 1 round with the Hiring Manager and selected team members. **With Gratitude, Bhavani Recruiting Manager | Nukasani Group Inc | Email: Bhavani@nukasanigroup.com 540 W Galena Blvd, Suite 200, Aurora IL 60506.
