Onsite CKA Certified DevOps Engineer

Looking for a CKA certified DevOps Engineer hands-on to manage and improve our cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, containerized applications, and Kubernetes environments.

Required Certifications

• Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) - Mandatory

The ideal candidate should have

strong practical experience with AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, Linux, Jenkins, Git, and open-source DevOps technologies, along with a good understanding of automation, networking, security, and production troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure and Linux servers.
• Design, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.
• Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Manage Kubernetes workloads, networking, ingress, storage, secrets, and cluster operations.
• Manage private container registries such as Harbor.
• Configure and maintain Nginx, SSL/TLS, DNS, and reverse proxies.
• Automate infrastructure and operational tasks using Terraform and scripting.
• Monitor infrastructure and applications and troubleshoot production issues.
• Manage deployments across Development, Staging, and Production Environments.
• Implement best practices for security, reliability, scalability, backup, and disaster recovery.
• Work closely with development teams to improve deployment processes and infrastructure reliability.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of hands-on DevOps experience.
• Strong practical knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, AWS, Linux, Jenkins, and Git.
• Hands‑on experience with open‑source DevOps tools and self-hosted infrastructure, including Gerrit and Harbor.
• Hands‑on experience with the Kubernetes ecosystem, including Helm, Argo CD, Traefik, Istio, and Prometheus/Grafana.
• Good understanding of cloud networking, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, firewalls, and security.
• Experience with Terraform and Bash/Python scripting.
• Experience troubleshooting production infrastructure and applications.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and ownership skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of DevOps infrastructure and deployments.

Required Certifications

• Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) - Mandatory

Good to Have:

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate
• Microsoft Azure certifications
• Google Cloud certifications
• Terraform or other relevant DevOps/Cloud certifications
• Any other recognized Cloud, Kubernetes, or DevOps certification

Nice to Have:

• Experience with MySQL/PostgreSQL, RabbitMQ, or similar infrastructure components.
• Experience working with multiple cloud providers or hybrid cloud environments.
• Experience with additional DevOps, cloud, or open-source technologies.
