Onsite Data Center Engineer - Multiskilled Infra Lead

A global technology company in Italy is seeking multiskilled resources with experience in Physical Data Center Infrastructure and operating systems. The role demands familiarity with Hypervisors like VMWARE and Azure, as well as proficiency with Server Windows, databases like MS SQL and MySQL, and data storage solutions. Candidates must be fluent in both Italian and English. This is an onsite position located in Corbetta, requiring coordination with outsourcers and support for end users. Collect business requests and prepare tickets. Coordinate activity between outsourcer and hardware suppliers. Monitor the delivery and service level of the outsourcer. Attend P0/P1 war rooms and evaluate RCAs. Guarantee the quality of the asset management. Act as interface between outsourcer and end users support. Multiskilled resources required with relevant experience. Well versed with Physical DC Infra and different OS or devices.
