Atrium EMEA is looking for an accomplished Deskside Support Engineer to work onsite for a Dublin client. You will provides technical support for users onsite, including incident and request management, ensuring technical resolution through use of administrative tools. This is a fully onsite role, 5 days a week, in Dublin. Initially 3 month contract (PAYE/Ltd)
Essential:
- Desktop/ deskside support
- Provide guidance, assistance, coordination and follow-up on IT problems.
- Provide high level support to a specific group of customers onsite in the Dublin office.
- Collaborates with application developers and operations to support production applications and customer-specific operations.
- Several years experience in technical and customer-support required
- Experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.
- You will be required to be on site 5 days a week
