Delivers hands-on onsite end-user, infrastructure, network, and data center support for NTT DATA Philippines on a 24/7 rotating schedule — troubleshooting critical IT issues, deploying and maintaining devices with MDT, supporting servers and networks, and coordinating with vendors. ITIL/CompTIA/CCNA certifications are a plus.
NTT DATA Philippines is seeking a hands-on Onsite Support Engineer to deliver end-user, infrastructure, network, and data center support in a fast-paced enterprise environment. You will troubleshoot critical technology issues and support IT operations.
You will work onsite on a 24/7 rotating schedule, install and maintain devices using MDT, support servers and networks, and coordinate with vendors. A background in IT with ITIL/CompTIA CCNA certifications is a plus.
