Onsite IT Technician

A global consulting technology firm located in Emilia-Romagna, Italy, seeks an experienced IT Support Technician. Your role will be to deliver exceptional customer service and resolve technical issues efficiently while coordinating with third-party vendors. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of onsite support experience, strong skills in MS Office 365, and fluency in both Italian and English. Provide support that meets or exceeds customer expectations. Coordinate with third-party vendors to resolve issues. Ensure timely resolution of support requests. At least 5 years' experience in onsite support. Able to solve simple hardware issues. Knowledge of Active Directory and permissions.
