Location: McLean, VA – 100% Onsite from Day 1

Role Overview:
Seeking a senior Salesforce professional with strong hands-on development and technical design experience, particularly in Salesforce Development, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce AI, with exposure to BFSI/Financial Services.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce customizations and integrations.
Build scalable solutions using Apex, LWC, and Salesforce declarative tools.
Work with Product Owners, Business Analysts, QA, and other stakeholders.
Maintain Salesforce data integrity, security, sharing, and access models.
Troubleshoot platform issues and optimize application performance.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, technical planning, and solution design.
Follow Salesforce and industry best practices.
Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.
Must-Have Skills:
10+ years Salesforce experience
Salesforce Development & Technical Design
Apex
Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Salesforce declarative development
Salesforce integrations
Salesforce Experience Cloud
Salesforce AI / AI capabilities
Strong security, data model, and access-control knowledge
Agile development and code review experience
BFSI Domain Knowledge:
Banking / retail / commercial banking processes
Customer onboarding and KYC
Loan origination, mortgages, and underwriting
Deposits and credit cards
Case management, disputes, and service requests
KYC/AML, risk, fraud monitoring, audit, and data governance
Financial transaction and customer service workflows
