Onsite Support Consultant
Salary: $2,800 – $3,200 per month
About the role
Onsite Support Consultant providing IT support services with expertise in Microsoft products, Cisco collaboration tools, and HP copier and computers.
Key responsibilities
Handle incidents and requests defined as per defined in processes and SLA
Support & assist with setting up remote collaboration tools/systems
Support other teams in troubleshooting issues
Create, understand, and follow technical documentation, routines and processes
About you
Degree/Diploma in IT or Equivalent
Min 3-4 years of hands-on support for IT Services
Expert knowledge in Microsoft products, Cisco collaboration tools, HP copier and computers
Experience working and handling Ticketing Tools
Experience in creating, understanding, and following technical documentation, routines and processes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
