OOBE Test Engineer

Position Summary, Responsibilities and Expectations:

• Expectations:
• Good English communication skills
• Solid knowledge of PC Components, Gaming PCs, Gaming Furniture, Gaming Controller (iOS / Android / XBOX / PlayStation / Nintendo Switch / Steam Deck), and their various components
• Able to complete testing and file results with minimal oversight
• Able to troubleshoot across multiple platforms
• Track and update all the bugs in the system
• Good understanding on severity levels
• Competitive product analysis

• Responsible for:
• Complete OOBE Reviews
• OOBE Hardware / Software Testing
• Fill out OOBE exit documentation
• Identify product issues / flaws and record in JIRA
• Maintain Issues filed and provide updates
• Accurate and on-time reporting

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Good English communication skills and documentation (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Ability to stay focused on somewhat tedious checklists
• Self-starter with minimal need for oversight
• Independent thinker able to follow instruction
• Passion for product quality
• PC / Console Building, and Gaming Experience
• No working experience is fine ; 2 or 3 years working experience is a plus
