Required Technical Skills

• Camstar/Opcenter Designer, Portal Studio, MIO, Modeling
• Programming expertise: .NET, C#, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript
• Database skills: SQL/Oracle, XML
• Integration: ERP & Equipment Integration, OPC, IoT, PLC & SCADA
• Reporting tools: Power BI, SSRS, SAP BI

Must-Have Skills

• Siemens Opcenter/Camstar expertise with strong techno-functional knowledge and hands-on implementation.
• Camstar Designer & Management Studio for configuration, customization, and deployment.
• Camstar Interoperability (CIO)/MOM for ERP and equipment integration, including messaging workflows.
• Requirements & OT configurations for global programs.
• Cross-functional collaboration with functional teams and system admins.
• Feasibility analysis to validate solutions against business needs.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Medical Device/Pharma manufacturing knowledge with compliance awareness.
• ISA-95 & MESA standards expertise.
• Cross-cultural teamwork and Strong leadership & communication skills.
• PLC & SCADA Systems with OPC connectivity.
• Hardware & Networking fundamentals.
• Power BI & SQL Reporting for dashboards and reports.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Opcenter/Camstar Ownership: Design, Develop, deploy, and support MES applications.
• Be part of a 24x7 Opcenter support & enhancements (DevOps) team across various geographies supporting 10+ manufacturing sites
• Requirements & Process Implementation: Translate business needs into MES workflows.
• Feasibility Analysis: Validate solution recommendations.
• Camstar Interoperability Management: Oversee ERP and equipment integration.
• System Integration: Ensure seamless MES–PLC/SCADA–L1/L2/L3 connectivity.
• User Support & Process Improvement: Resolve issues and optimize workflows.
• Client & Vendor Communication: Drive results through clear stakeholder engagement.
• DevOps Management: Ensure system availability and performance.
• Team Mentorship: Guide and coach team members for growth.
