We are representing a leading offshore wind engineering company playing a key role in Taiwan's renewable energy sector. The organization supports large-scale offshore wind projects and operates in a highly international environment, with approximately 25% of its workforce comprised of foreign professionals.

This is a leadership role overseeing both HR and Administration functions, partnering closely with business leaders to drive people strategy, organizational effectiveness, and operational excellence.

【Responsibilities】

-Lead the full spectrum of HR and Administration functions, managing a team of approximately 10 members
-Partner with management to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives
-Oversee talent acquisition, performance management, compensation & benefits, learning & development, and employee relations
-Drive organizational development, workforce planning, and talent management initiatives
-Ensure compliance with labor regulations and corporate governance standards
Foster an inclusive and high-performing workplace culture across a diverse and international workforce
