AI Engineer (Fresh Graduate)

Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic fresh graduates to join our team as AI Engineers. This is an entry-level role for candidates passionate about Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and emerging technologies.

The ideal candidate should have strong programming skills, problem-solving abilities, and a willingness to learn. You will work on developing AI-driven solutions, experimenting with new technologies, and gaining hands-on experience with guidance from experienced engineers.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and support AI/ML solutions for business use cases.
• Assist in data preparation, analysis, model development, and testing.
• Build, evaluate, and improve machine learning models.
• Explore technologies such as Generative AI, LLMs, automation, NLP, and Computer Vision.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to deliver AI features.
• Conduct research, experiments, and document findings.
• Continuously learn and apply new AI concepts and tools.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, AI, Data Science, Engineering, or related fields.
• Strong programming fundamentals with knowledge of Python or any programming language.
• Basic understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and data structures.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills

• Academic projects, internships, or coursework in AI/ML, Data Science, or software development.
• Familiarity with AI/ML libraries and frameworks.
• Exposure to Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), NLP, or Computer Vision.
• Basic knowledge of databases, APIs, cloud platforms, or development tools.
• Participation in hackathons, technical projects, or open-source contributions.

Candidate Profile

• Fresh graduates or candidates with 01 years of experience.
• B.Tech / B.E / M.Tech / M.E / MCA / M.Sc graduates in relevant technical disciplines.
• Strong curiosity and passion for Artificial Intelligence.
• Good coding, debugging, communication, and teamwork skills.
