Openings For Test Manager/Sr. Manager with Product-based (Pelatro Ltd)

ROLE TITLE and location : Manager / Senior Test Manager

Work Location : Bangalore

Work Experience : 14 - 20 years

RESPONSIBILITIES/TASKS

• Oversees and coordinates various stages of software testing, from manual to automated.
• Responsible for the execution of functional, Non-functional and regression test cases.
• Involved in requirement analysis, prepare test design and review of the requirements.
• To build and develop a positive and enthusiastic team including allocation of work, monitoring of progress, and reporting to stakeholders.
• Understanding the system & end to end (E2E) flows and contribute to the design of the platform.
• Responsible for the resource management within the testing team.
• Look for continuous opportunities to improve the various processes followed in the company, primarily in the testing space.

SKILLS

• At least 8-10 years of hands-on testing experience.
• Excellent communication skills (written and spoken).
• Backend testing experience in Unix/Linux environment mandatory.
• Experience and knowledge in various types of testing (Functional Testing, System Testing, Integration Testing, Regression Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Exposure in Agile methodologies
• Should have handled a team of at least 10 members.
• Telecom domain experience is good to have.
• Experience in Hadoop, HBase or similar big data technologies is a plus.

Education

• BE/B-Tech preferably from CSE/ Information Science/ Electronics
