Mandatory Skills

• OpenShift Administration: Cluster installation, configuration, administration, upgrades, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Kubernetes: Pods, cluster management, kubectl, and container orchestration.
• RHEL Administration: Installation, migration, troubleshooting, performance monitoring, and user management.
• Linux Administration: LinuxOpenShift integration, break-fix support, and production issue resolution.
• Ansible Automation: Infrastructure automation and configuration management.
• Storage Administration: LVM, SAN, and OS-storage integration.
• Enterprise Infrastructure: Supporting business-critical environments and assessing hardware, software, scalability, storage, and security requirements.

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Microsoft Azure
• VMware virtualization
• Red Hat OpenShift certifications
• RHCSA/RHCE certifications
• Kubernetes/container platform experience
• OpenShift operational best practices
• Hybrid cloud and on-premises infrastructure.
