OpenStack Cloud Engineer Consultant for SSC
49 Solutions is seeking an experienced OpenStack Cloud Engineer to support an opportunity with Shared Services Canada (SSC).
The successful resource will provide technical and architectural expertise related to the deployment and implementation of OpenStack solutions. We are looking for someone with strong hands-on OpenStack experience who is comfortable supporting large-scale environments, resolving technical challenges, and providing guidance throughout solution deployment.
Requirements
Tasks may include, but are not limited to:
- Provide technical guidance on the deployment of OpenStack at scale.
- Resolve and troubleshoot technical issues related to OpenStack.
- Assist with the deployment and implementation of the OpenStack solution.
- Provide architectural guidance related to the OpenStack environment.
- Work with technical stakeholders to support the successful implementation of the solution.
- Provide OpenStack subject matter expertise throughout deployment and technical decision-making.

- OpenStack cloud environments.
- Large-scale OpenStack deployments.
- OpenStack architecture and solution design.
- Deployment, configuration, and implementation of OpenStack solutions.
- Troubleshooting and resolving complex OpenStack technical issues.
- Providing technical or architectural guidance to project and technical teams.
- Enterprise-scale cloud or infrastructure environments.
