Genesis Consulting has an immediate opportunity for an experienced, forward thinking SAP Basis Portal Subject Matter Expert with a passion for growth and business transformation. The SAP Functional Consultant will work with clients to understand their business requirements, and help design a solution, using their business process knowledge. They will assist clients in the implementation, configuration, and support of SAP Functionality. The goal is to effectively integrate packaged technology into the client’s business environment in order to achieve client expected business results. This position is expected to provide expert level business process guidance on SAP requirements and design.

Duties and Responsibilities:

This position will be responsible for installing, configuring, administering, and supporting OpenText Extended ECM and specifically using OpenText in an SAP environment. In addition, the person would have experience in migration of OpenText from one hardware platform to another or from one data center to another data center as well as experience upgrading OpenText including planning the upgrademigration and creating test plans. This person will have experience in setting up OpenText with SAP ERP systems. Experience with operating OpenText in a cloud environment such as Amazon Web Services is a plus. This person will provide senior technical expertise to provide trouble shooting, root cause analysis and remediation across OpenText Extended ECM systems environment.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications/Experience:

• 5+ years’ experience of systems administration support of OpenText including upgrades, migrations, OpenText architecture using OpenText Platform and with Oracle DBs or SAP HANA DB. Experience should include using OpenText in an SAP environment.

Minimum Education:

• High School Diploma/GED – Required
  
• Bachelor’s Degree – Preferred
  

Required Certifications:

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) from Scrum Alliance or equivalent Certification – Required
  
• SAFe Certifications – Strongly Preferred
  
• SAP Certifications – Strongly Preferred
  

Other:

• Must be US Citizen
  
• Must have Active DoD Secret clearance or Ability to Obtain it
  
• Willingness to be on-site daily
