Propósito del Rol

Llevar a cabo las operaciones generales de las líneas asignadas y los regímenes de limpieza de acuerdo con los requerimientos operacionales planeados con el fin de entregar con seguridad un producto de buena calidad. Como miembro principal del equipo de operaciones, el Operador Básico juega un papel importante en el mantenimiento de la seguridad de línea e identificará los problemas de proceso a los líderes de línea.

Responsabilidades clave

• Embalar las unidades de producto terminado en las cajas, en cantidades completas y en condiciones estándares según especificación tanto del producto terminado como de la caja, asegurando que los datos de trazabilidad sean correctos, colocando las etiquetas y revisando que el texto corresponda al producto y fecha de caducidad.
• Revisar, realizar el alistamiento de los equipos (Video jet) y abastecerlos con los materiales necesarios a la línea de producción siguiendo los estándares de calidad para garantizar su funcionamiento durante la operación.
• Monitorear la calidad de acuerdo con los parámetros de control de proceso y reportar cualquier fallo en el producto y el empaque. Detecta anomalías de proceso rápidamente y toma medidas de emergencia para prevenirlas.
• Conocer completamente el lugar de trabajo, los peligros dentro de él. Utilizar procedimientos ambientales y de seguridad apropiados para personas, procesos, materiales, productos y equipos relevantes para la tarea aportando al ambiente de trabajo seguro y reportando cualquier anomalía para su corrección.
• Realizar la inspección y limpieza inicial del área asignada. Alertará a los líderes del equipo sobre posibles fuentes de contaminación y suciedad identificadas en lugares inaccesibles.
• Relevar posiciones dentro de la línea para evitar monotonía y fatiga; así también durante los relevos de alimentación ya sea dentro de la línea o en otras cuando el caso amerite.
• Participar activamente en todos los programas de gestión que implemente la compañía como SHE, Calidad, ICMS. Aportar según meta individual con: reporte de tarjetas, LUPs, cumplimiento de estándares de mantenimiento autónomo, generación de ideas de mejora; de esa manera mejorar eficiencia operacional y control de riesgos.
• Responsabilidad Ambiental: Responder por la aplicación de buenas prácticas que generen condiciones favorables para el medio ambiente en el desarrollo de sus funciones, garantizando el cumplimiento de requerimientos legales y corporativos ambientales.

Lo que estamos buscando

• Mínimo 1 año de experiencia en cargos similares
• Bachiller con especialización técnica.
