Job Description

• Position Title: Operation Administrator
• Working Location: Seletar Aerospace Park, North-East Region
• Working Hours: 5 days (Mon-Fri: 8am-5.30pm)
• Salary Package: Basic $2,500 - $3,500 + VB
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries through email, phone, and other communication channels.
• Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and provide relevant product information.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations and respond to customer requests.
• Process customer orders, sales orders, invoices, and delivery documents.
• Coordinate with suppliers on product availability, pricing, and delivery schedules.
• Follow up with customers on order status, delivery arrangements, and other sales-related matters.
• Maintain accurate records of quotations, sales orders, customer information, and inventory.
• Assist with receiving and issuing stock, packing orders, and arranging deliveries.
• Conduct regular stock checks and assist with stock reconciliation.
• Coordinate with the sales team, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Perform general administrative duties as assigned.

• Min GCE N/O-Level or equivalent qualification.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales administration, customer service, store or warehouse administration, or a trading environment is preferred.
• Able to handle customer enquiries professionally and prepare quotations accurately.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Experience with cutting tools, machining, or industrial products is an advantage but not essential.
