Responsibilities:
- Manpower arrangement, roster planning, job co-ordinations
- Co-ordinates between supervisors and receptionists on funeral arrangements
- Photoshop - Funeral photos/porcelain photos
- Assign vehicles, control of cash cards & vehicle keys, petrol cards, etc
- Administration duties, ad-hoc duty assigned by HOD / Supervisor
- Other related funeral activities (shifting, sending, funerals, burials, cremation & sea burials)
Requirements:
- Singapore Citizen / Singapore Permanent Resident
- Minimum qualification Secondary
- Valid Singapore class 3/3A driving license, class 4 is an advantage
- Min 2 – 3 years in service or funeral industry (independent & self-motivated, with embalming experience is an advantage)
- Able to work on rotation shifts, weekends & public holidays
- Able to handle & communicate in both English & Chinese to effectively communicate with Chinese-speaking clients.
- Salary up to $3,300 / Funeral industry experienced / Work in Singapore
