Job Description

Operations Leadership

• Lead daily operations for the Taiwan manufacturing organisation and oversee the broader Asia operational strategy.
• Implement governance frameworks, performance metrics, and reporting mechanisms to improve visibility and accountability.
• Drive standardisation of manufacturing, quality, and supplier-related processes.
• Partner closely with global functions including Engineering, Quality, Finance, and Human Resources.

Supplier & Supply Chain Management

• Evaluate and optimise the supplier base, focusing on capability, performance, quality, and risk mitigation.
• Develop regional sourcing and supplier development strategies to support business growth.
• Reduce dependency on single-source suppliers and establish multi-sourcing plans where appropriate.
• Lead supplier qualification, onboarding, and performance management activities.
• Strengthen procurement and supply chain planning capabilities to ensure long-term supply continuity.

Organisational Development

• Build credibility with local teams and regional stakeholders.
• Develop leadership capabilities within the Taiwan organisation.
• Identify, retain, and accelerate high-potential talent.
