Manage the reservation of port services and the process of pre-arrival documentation between vessels, port/ terminal, and government authorities.
Maintain good relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Solves problems with government officials in a timely and courteous manner.
And ensure quality response time and efficiency in all tasks.
On-board vessels as/when business needs dictate.
Visiting vessels and handling any local requirements
To issue PDA timely and input estimated costs accurately.
To learn and use the GACAgent for job registry
