Job Summary
You will manage daily crew deployment, recruitment, and client coordination to ensure smooth operations across multiple sites. This entry-level role involves direct client and crew communication, attendance management, and on-site support to meet client staffing needs.
Responsibilities
- Confirm daily crew deployment the day before and on the morning of each shift, follow up with non-responders, and arrange replacements for no-shows
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager to match available crew to client site headcount, timing, and requirements
- Attend client venues during crew deployment to verify attendance and grooming standards, resolving issues immediately
- Send daily attendance updates to clients via email or WhatsApp and promptly report late arrivals or staffing shortfalls
- Recruit new crew through job portals, Telegram, Facebook groups, and referrals
- Screen and process new crew registrations, brief new joiners, complete documentation, and ensure timely deployment to first shifts
- Maintain an up-to-date crew database including availability, skills, contact details, and deployment history
- Respond to calls from crew and clients during operating hours to provide support and information
- Maintain accurate attendance records to support payroll processing and client invoicing
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Ability to converse in Mandarin to facilitate communication with some clients and crew
- Prior experience in manpower, F&B, or events operations is advantageous but not required
Other Information
- Basic salary $1,800–$2,500/month, plus commission for every shift filled
- Fully paid annual company trip
- Entry-level role with training on deployment, grooming standards, and business operations
- Early ownership of site deployments within the first month
- Work from home between site visits; job primarily managed via phone, WhatsApp, and Telegram
- Small team working directly with the founders
