Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and dispatch
- Ensure accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts
- Coordinate with delivery drivers and logistics teams for timely distribution
- Prepare warehouse reports and update inventory systems
- Maintain proper housekeeping and comply with workplace safety standards
- Assist with manpower planning and task assignment for warehouse staff
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
- Ad-hoc Duties: Perform general duties or assist with other tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of working experience in the logistics/warehouse industry.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
