Operation Executive (Sales & Online E-Commerce)
Job Scope:
- Respond to sales enquires and process sales order.
- Execute day to day sales enquires and e-Commerce operation, sales and deliverables
- Manage, create and update website content and ensure accuracy of product descriptions, images and inventory etc.
- Liaise with inter-departments on product availabilities and order fulfilment
- Perform administrative tasks in handling order fulfilment, documentation, customer service and support
- Monitor and provide weekly and monthly reports of online sales and product performance
- Execute online marketing campaigns, promotions, and social media content.
- Capture, edit and publish photos and videos of products and services for marketing purposes.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in related discipline
- Preferably 3 years relevant working experience in e-Commerce retail sector
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work independently and a good team player
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer skills
- Knowledge in digital marketing, SEO & SEM preferred
- Familiar with Photoshop and HTML added advantage
- Enjoy working in outdoor environment and love for nature and greenery
