Operation Executive

1. Reviewing existing processes, identifying inefficiencies and suggesting improvements to manage and optimize company’s processes.

4. Oversee inventory levels to ensure that there’s enough stock to meet demand but not so much that resources are wasted. This often involves liaising with suppliers and managing procurement processes.

5. Oversee the logistics and supply chain involves coordinating with various departments and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of products or services.
