Operation Executive

We are seeking a candidate to support the trader with daily bunker operations. The position involves reporting to the Trader, assisting with trading activities, and overseeing bunker operations.

Your Responsibilities:

· Assist traders in transactions

· Conduct KYC and vessel checks

· Track inventory and trades

· Deal with inquiries and coordinate bunker operations

· Business development may involve travel.

· Support in resolving disputes, communicate well to manage any claims arising

· Build rapport with various parties

Requirements:

· Certificate/ Diploma in Maritime/ Marketing or equivalent.

· Able to respond and resolve operation matters midnight/ odd hours/ weekend

· Minimum 2 years relevant experience preferred.

. Knowledge in maritime law

· Proficient in MS Word and Excel.

· Must be detail-oriented.

· Able to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

· Capable of multitasking and meeting deadlines.
