Operation Manager

Position Details

• Job Title: Operations Manager

• Salary Range: $5,500 – $6,500 per month

• Location: Local HQ with overseas attachments
  

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and optimize day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, dispatch, and safe delivery.

• Serve as the primary operational point of contact for key clients, managing relationships, addressing inquiries, and ensuring world-class service delivery.

• Lead projects locally while participating in international overseas attachments to align our global supply chain standards and share best practices across borders.

• Continuously evaluate logistics workflows to identify bottlenecks, reduce operational costs, and implement effective operational improvements.
  

Qualifications & Requirements

• Proven, hands-on experience managing logistics, supply chain, and warehouse operations.

• Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to handle clients, manage expectations, and resolve operational escalations professionally.

• Must be fluent in both English and Chinese to effectively communicate with our diverse regional partners and client base.

• Proficiency in German, Dutch, or French is considered a strong plus and will be highly beneficial for specific European market attachments.

• A strong willingness to travel and adapt to different working environments during international deployments.
