Operation Manager / Area manager
Basic Salary: From $4,000 depending on experience + OT (If Applicable) + AWS + VB
Location: Near Buona Vista MRT
- Steakhouse Fine Dining Restaurant
- 11AM - 11PM (8 hour rotating shift)
- Able to work in rotating shift
- 5 days work week
Responsibilities:
- Operates and manages the restaurant operations
- To create, update and audit the stalls/restaurants SOP and ensure that the SOP is observed consistently by the team
- Oversee the planning of duty rosters and ensure prudence
- Analyse and propose sales & promotional strategies
- Conduct timely reviews on food and operating costs to ensure that they are in line with the budget
