Operation Manager

Job Description
We are a full-service contracting company specializing in painting, decoration, plumbing, electrical, and renovation works. We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee all operational activities across our project portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across all service lines: painting, decoration, plumbing, electrical, and renovation works
• Plan, schedule, and allocate resources across multiple projects/sites
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards
• Liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers
• Monitor site safety compliance and ensure adherence to Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations
• Manage procurement of materials and coordinate with vendors/subcontractors
• Handle project cost control, budgeting, and reporting to management
• Resolve operational issues, delays, or disputes on-site
• Prepare progress reports and updates for management/clients

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical and Electrical, Engineering, Safety or related field (or equivalent relevant experience)
• Minimum 10 years' relevant experience in operations/project management within renovation, M&E, or general contracting
• Possess a valid Class 3 driving license
• Strong working knowledge of painting, plumbing, electrical, and renovation works
• Familiarity with local Workplace safety regulations
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Able to multitask across concurrent projects
