Operation Manager

Ensure smooth and efficient operation across all imaging centres

- Plan staff rosters and oversee manpower deployment to ensure adequate staffing across all centres.

- Manage and respond to feedback from patients and referring clinicians - Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate the support staff

- Coordinate and allocate imaging scans for radiologist reporting

- Manage inventory levels, procurement, and stock replenishment

- Prepare and administer agreements for new referring clinicians

- Oversee administration functions, including appointment scheduling, record keeping, coordinating claims from Medisave, billing and etc

- Ensure Preventive Maintenance schedules for Imaging equipment and other non-medical equipment are implemented and completed on time

- Liaise with vendor to resolve equipment malfunctions and facility-related issues.

- Ensure compliance with MOH licensing requirements and coordinate audit inspections

- Monitor and maintain compliance with all applicable regulatory, quality, and operational standards.
