Operation Manager
Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
Oversee day-to-day air conditioning service and project operations
Plan, schedule, and monitor installation activities
Optimise manpower allocation and resource utilisation
Develop SOPs for installation works
Team Leadership & Supervision
Lead and manage ACMV technicians, supervisors, and support staff
Conduct performance evaluations and training programmes
Ensure team compliance with safety standards and company policies
Motivate and develop technical teams for high performance
Client & Vendor Management
Maintain strong relationships with clients
Address service complaints and ensure prompt resolution
Financial & Administrative Control
Prepare operational budgets and cost estimates
Monitor expenses and control operational costs
Ensure accurate documentation and reporting
Compliance & Safety
Ensure compliance with ACMV regulations and safety standards
Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits
Maintain proper documentation for regulatory requirements
- Qualifications and Requirements
Education & Certifications
Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
Minimum 5 years of proven experience in ACMV operations
At least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role
Technical Skills
Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems (VRF, Split AC, FCU)
Familiarity with local codes, standards, and regulatory requirements
Soft Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment
Strong coordination skills in managing multiple stakeholders
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and adapt to changes
Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
