1. Assist the director in supervising daily operations and activities for waste management services and construction works.

2. Monitor logistics, transportation, and warehousing arrangements.

3. Assign daily tasks to supervisors, operators, and mechanics.

4. Ensure that waste is disposed of properly every day.

5. Resolve conflicts and mediate disputes among employees.

6. Respond to complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.

7. Overseeing the maintenance of heavy and light vehicles, machinery, etc.

8. Monitoring for safety compliance.

9. Negotiation of disposal and scrap rates

10. Any other duties assigned by the directors
