Operation Manager

Position: Operation Manager / Supervisor

Location: Tuas

Salary: $3500 - $5000

Working time: 9am - 6pm

Working day: 5 days

Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily warehouse and operational activities.

- Manage manpower, allocate duties and monitor staff performance.

- Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Customer Service and Delivery teams.

- Monitor inventory, stock movement and order fulfilment.

- Coordinate picking, packing and delivery schedules.

- Ensure proper handling and storage of chilled and frozen meat products.

- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, food safety and workplace safety requirements.

- Identify operational issues and implement solutions to improve efficiency.

- Prepare basic operational reports and update Management.

- Train and supervise operations staff.

Requirements:

- Relevant experience in warehouse, logistics or operations.

- Experience in food / meat processing, cold storage or FMCG is an advantage.

- Good leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

- Able to manage manpower and work in a fast-paced environment.

- Responsible and able to work independently.
