Operation Manager

Overseeing Daily Operations:

Ensuring the smooth execution of day-to-day operation activities in areas like worker’s productivity, efficiency of the installation and resolving customers’ roadblocks.

Process Improvement:

Analyzing operations data and developing strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality.

Strategic Planning:

Developing and implementing operational strategies, often in collaboration with other departments such as sales and marketing.

Job Requirements:

• Knowledge and experience in business, supervision, and management.
• Knowledge of the functions, operation, and mission of the specific department.
• Demonstrated ability to serve as a knowledgeable resource to the organization's management team that provides leadership and direction.
