Operation Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Applicant must Manage and control daily work operations at Mechanical and Electrical project sites at various locations in Singapore (Construction and plant maintenance work). Oversee day-to-day operations and optimize workflows of ongoing projects.
  • Applicant shall implement safe work practices at the job site.
  • Applicant should have good experience in managing manpower and transport execution of project sites
  • To work closely with the owner, client, sub-vendors, main contractors, and suppliers
  • Ensure compliance with legal and organizational standards.
  • The Manager shall be responsible for ensuring that the project execution is according to the project Safety and quality requirements
  • To maintain project documentation at all phases of construction
  • Drive process improvements and enhance productivity.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in company operations & management.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
  • Minumum 10 years experience at the operation team.
  • Able to speak fluent English and second language is a must (Bengali, Tamil or Mandarin)
