Operation Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily operations to maintain consistent production flow and meet output targets
• Coordinate workflows among production, procurement, and logistics teams to optimize operational efficiency and reduce delays
• Source and procure ingredients and materials promptly to fulfill production requirements
• Monitor operational processes and independently troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and maintain quality standards
• Ensure timely delivery by effectively coordinating catering and production schedules
• Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to support seamless supply chain and production activities

• Exhibit strong communication and coordination skills to manage cross-functional teams effectively
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced factory or production environment
