Operation Manager
About the role
We are seeking an experienced Operation Manager to join our management team at Lawson Network Solutions Limited. This is a full-time position based in Tsim Sha Tsui Yau Tsim Mong District. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our organisation, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and strategic alignment with company objectives. As Operation Manager, you will play a crucial role in optimising our operational processes, managing resources effectively, and driving continuous improvement across all departments. Key responsibilities
Oversee and manage day-to-day operational activities across all departments to ensure smooth and efficient business operations
Develop, implement and monitor operational policies, procedures and systems to enhance productivity and maintain quality standards
Manage budgets and resources effectively, ensuring cost control and optimal allocation of assets
Lead and supervise operational teams, providing guidance, support and performance management to ensure team effectiveness and professional development
Identify operational bottlenecks and inefficiencies, implementing strategic improvements and process optimisation initiatives
Liaise with senior management to report on operational performance, key metrics and strategic initiatives
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, industry standards and company policies across all operational areas
Manage vendor and supplier relationships to maintain service quality and cost-effectiveness
Monitor and analyse operational KPIs, preparing reports and recommendations for continuous improvement
Coordinate cross-departmental projects and initiatives to achieve organisational objectives
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
5+ years of operations management experience, preferably within the Information and Communication Technology sector
Proven track record of successfully managing operational processes, teams and budgets in a complex organisational environment
Strong understanding of systems and management practices relevant to the technology sector
Excellent leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
Outstanding organisational and project management abilities with strong attention to detail
Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics to drive operational decision-making
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills at all levels
Proficiency with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and operational management software
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
Preferably bilingual (English, Cantonese, Mandarin) with strong written and verbal communication
