- To manage, control and monitor operational activities including staffing, training and development and visual merchandising to ensure smooth operation and achievement of target
- Monitor and drive team performance by setting annual work target and responsible for work achievement
- Review and analyze staff performance for each team
- To ensure daily company operations are complying to Standard Operating Procedure
- Regular meeting with the operations and training teams to create strategic planning
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in related fields is required, preferably from the retail industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong analytical, interpersonal skills and communication skills
