Operation Manager (SEA) - Law Firm

Our client is a leading international law firm seeking a senior Operations Manager – Southeast Asia to lead its Singapore office operations and Legal Support functions.

This is a high-impact leadership role managing a team of approximately 17 employees across Legal Secretarial, Client Services and Administration, with regional oversight of the Bangkok and Jakarta offices.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Singapore office operations, including Facilities, Client Services, Administration and Document Services.
• Oversee and develop the Legal Support / Secretarial function, including resource allocation and workload management.
• Partner closely with Partners, senior leadership and key stakeholders to drive operational excellence.
• Manage facilities, workplace services, security and business continuity.
• Provide regional oversight and support across Southeast Asia.
• Drive process improvement, digital transformation and AI adoption across operations.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team.

Requirements:

• 10+ years’ experience in senior Operations, Office Management or Business Services roles.
• Experience in a professional services environment, ideally an international law firm.
• Strong people leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercially astute with a track record of driving change and operational improvement.
• Strong facilities management and business continuity experience.
• Excellent spoken and written English for the job responsibility, internal communication.
• Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline preferred.
