Operation Manager

In charge of 2-3 outlets

- Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth on-site coordination

- Plan staff scheduling and manpower allocation to optimize efficiency

- Handle and resolve feedback

- Prepare reports and manage month end closing

- To Coordinate and work with stakeholders

- Organize special meals for festivals, events, and themed activities

- Coordinate with housing management and student representatives

- Conduct cleaning and safety checks in collaboration with hygiene auditors

- Upload daily menus to designated portals in a timely manner

- Arrange and follow up on maintenance and repair works

- Collaborate with internal teams to maintain service quality and standards

- Handle any food safety issues immediately and report to management
