OPERATION MANAGER
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Operations Manager to oversee our day-to-day operations and ensure our outlets operate smoothly, efficiently, and consistently.
The ideal candidate is a strong leader with hands-on experience in outlet operations, manpower management, customer service, and performance improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of multiple outlets.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, policies, and operational standards.
- Manage manpower planning, staff scheduling, attendance, and performance.
- Lead, coach, and develop outlet managers, supervisors, and frontline staff.
- Monitor outlet sales, productivity, service quality, and overall performance.
- Identify operational issues and implement effective solutions.
- Monitor inventory, wastage, and operational costs.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Conduct regular outlet inspections and follow up on improvement areas.
- Work closely with HR, Finance, Procurement, Marketing, and other departments.
- Prepare regular operational reports and provide recommendations to management.
- Support the opening of new outlets and implementation of new operational initiatives.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
Requirements
- Minimum 5–10 years of relevant operations management experience, preferably in F&B, retail, or hospitality.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Good understanding of outlet operations and manpower management.
- Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work independently.
- Able to manage multiple outlets and handle a fast-paced working environment.
- Willing to work weekends and public holidays when required.
- Good command of English and/or Mandarin.
- Candidates with experience in multi-outlet F&B operations will have an added advantage.
