Operation Manager

Responsibilities:

✅ Conduct site inspections and quality checks

✅ Monitor workers' performance, attendance, discipline, and work attitude

✅ Ensure works are carried out according to company standards and safety requirements

✅ Coordinate with project teams and report site progress

✅ Identify and resolve site issues promptly

✅ Prepare quotations and attend site visits with clients when required

Requirements:

✔️ Experience in construction, renovation, or contractor operations

✔️ Strong leadership and communication skills

✔️ Able to travel between multiple project sites

✔️ Possess a valid Class 3 Driving Licence

✔️ Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently
