Operation Manager

Supervise Cleaning Teams:
Provide leadership & guidance to cleaning staff
Assign tasks & ensure cleaning teams are properly trained
Monitor team performance & provide constructive feedback

Scheduling & Resource Management:
Develop & maintain cleaning schedules
Ensure adequate staffing levels for all cleaning projects
Coordinate equipment & supplies needed for cleaning tasks

Quality Control:
Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleaning standards are met
Address any quality issues promptly & efficiently
Implement quality improvement initiatives as needed

Client Relations:
Communicate with clients to understand their specific cleaning requirements
Address client inquiries, concerns & requests in a professional manner
Build & maintain strong client relationships

Inventory Management:
Manage cleaning supplies, equipment & materials inventory
Place orders for necessary supplies & maintain inventory records
Ensure cost-effective procurement practices

Training & Development:
Train new cleaning staff on company policies, procedures & safety protocols
Organize regular training sessions to enhance the skills of cleaning teams
Identify opportunities for skill improvement & career development

Safety & Compliance:
Enforce safety protocols & ensure all cleaning staff adhere to safety guidelines
Stay updated on industry regulations & compliance requirements
Investigate & report any safety incidents or accidents

Reporting:
Prepare regular reports on cleaning operations, including performance metrics
Analyze data to identify areas for improvement & efficiency

Requirements:
Proven experience in cleaning operations or a similar supervisory role
Strong organizational & time-management skills
Excellent communication & interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in using cleaning equipment & tools
Knowledge of safety regulations & best practices
Ability to handle & resolve conflicts effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & scheduling software
