Job Summary

We are a growing Singapore-based company seeking an experienced Operations Manager with 3+ years of relevant experience to strengthen daily operations, improve service standards, coordinate teams and partners, and ensure effective issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate operational teams and external partners to deliver consistent service quality and meet organizational goals
• Identify operational challenges and implement practical solutions to improve efficiency and service standards
• Monitor daily operations to ensure issues are promptly identified, tracked, and resolved
• Foster a culture of integrity, empathy, accountability, curiosity, and operational discipline within the team
• Contribute ideas and develop systems that support organizational growth and continuous improvement
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to align operational activities with business objectives

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in operations management or related roles
• Strong problem-solving skills demonstrated through practical and people-focused approaches
• Ability to work collaboratively and build positive relationships with diverse teams and partners
