Operation Manager

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our premium hair salon and ensure smooth, efficient and high-quality service delivery.

The successful candidate will be responsible for salon operations, staff management, customer experience, business performance and operational development.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the hair salon and ensure smooth workflow.
• Manage, supervise and coordinate salon staff and daily schedules.
• Monitor staff performance, service standards and productivity.
• Develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and client experience.
• Monitor sales performance, service revenue and operational targets.
• Support staff training, development and performance management.
• Manage inventory, product usage and stock levels.
• Coordinate with suppliers and ensure adequate salon supplies.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues professionally.
• Assist in developing marketing and promotional initiatives to support business growth.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, workplace safety and salon operating standards.
• Analyse business performance and recommend improvements to management.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in salon, beauty, retail or service operations management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Experience managing daily business operations and staff.
• Good understanding of customer service and sales performance.
• Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced salon environment.
• Experience in the hair and beauty industry will be an advantage.
