Vishay Precision Group is seeking a skilled Management Operation Manager to lead and optimize our operational processes. This role demands strategic oversight and effective coordination across various departments to enhance productivity and efficiency.

- Lead and manage cross-functional teams to execute operational plans successfully.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
- Oversee budget planning and resource allocation to optimize operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Operations Management, or substantial experience in Planning and Purchasing functions.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing cross-functional teams.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking.
- Familiar with ERP systems and manufacturing/assembly processes.
- Experience in budget management and resource allocation.
- Experience in project management.
- Fluent in English, including speaking, writing, and presentation skills.
