OPERATION MANAGER

Job Summary

Create and manage product development workflows by coordinating with global vendors and internal teams to meet deadlines and cost targets, ensuring smooth product lifecycle management and effective team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage Work-In-Progress (WIP) reports to track product development status and progress
• Provide clear and timely status reports to direct management for informed decision-making
• Drive the product development process through frequent communication with global vendors to ensure alignment and issue resolution
• Collaborate with the design team to secure product development approvals and ensure design feasibility
• Partner with internal teams to engineer products that meet cost parameters and quality standards
• Track and monitor development milestones to ensure projects meet established deadlines
• Mobilize staff and materials efficiently to support production and development activities
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with vendors to facilitate smooth sourcing and development processes
• Negotiate with multiple vendors to achieve budget targets while maintaining quality and delivery standards
• Manage and lead a team effectively to achieve production and product management goals

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Six or more years of experience in a production or product-management role
• Experience in global sourcing and managing product lifecycles
