Operation Specialist

Overview

Our client is a TW-based technology and consulting firm delivering fintech solutions for offshore clients, including bespoke software development for portfolio management and related platforms. They’re now seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Operations Specialist to own day-to-day operational workflows and cross-functional coordination. You’ll work with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth onboarding, account operations, transactions, and project delivery, with a path to independently owning core processes over time.

What you will do:

• Own end-to-end onboarding and account opening across exchange, banking, and brokerage partners (documentation, KYB/KYC, verification, follow-ups).
• Set up and configure partner accounts and financial venue access; establish and test third-party connectivity.
• Maintain accurate, organized internal records and account documentation; ensure reconciliation and proper document control.
• Support audit preparation, regulatory reviews, and related operational reporting as needed.
• Support day-to-day booking and data workflows in the portfolio management system; reconcile discrepancies across connected systems.
• Contribute to automation and process improvements to reduce manual work and improve scalability and reliability.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to track tasks, milestones, and deadlines and keep project delivery on track.

What you will need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline with 3+ years of experience in operations, project coordination, or a similar role.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail; trusted to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, startup-style environment; genuine interest in crypto is a strong plus (industry experience preferred).
• Clear, proactive communicator and collaborative team partner.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin is a plus.
